In addition to annual musical theatre productions in the school district, PACE students give back to the community by performing at community events. Previously PACE have teamed with the Tour de Rock Riders and Cops for Cancer in a  show singing at the Empress Hotel to raise money for the Children's Hospital as well as performed at Coast Capital's Inner Harbour fundraiser for the BC Children's Hospital. This year PACE will be joining us for our KOTM virtual event.

As a preteen, Verners met veteran Victoria magician Murray Hatfield through the Victoria Magic Circle, a local group of magicians. Over the last decade, Verners has been performing his magic all across North America. He has taken home international awards including a gold medal at PCAM and a bronze medal in The International Youth Magic Championships in Las Vegas. He was recently nominated for the Canadian Rising Star at the Allan Slaight Awards.  Jason has been on the cover of Vanish Magazine and his illusions have even been featured on The Space Channel, Syfy and the film: The Predator! During this time of social distancing the 22 year old prestidigitator is hosting cutting edge, multi-camera, live performances through the platform Moment House.
