Kids and Kidney Health
Kids and kidney health is our education initiative to create a program and materials suitable for school age children to learn about their kidneys, healthy choices, kidney disease as well as treatments such as dialysis and kidney transplantation. KOTM is partnered with the Kidney Foundation for this project which is expected to be made accessible in March this year, just in time for kidney month. All materials will be downloadable from this page.

Sign Up Canada
Sign Up Canada is an initiative headed by KOTM and supported by the Kidney Foundation and BC Transplant to spread awareness of the need for organ donors and help people register their decision. Volunteers host display tables to provide information and answer questions regarding organ donation and transplantation. Registered nursing students in the Camosun-UVic program doing their community placement with KOTM are trained to be ambassadors for organ donation and join the volunteers hosting the information days.
